Judy, I want to thank you ever so much for making the sale of my condo go so smoothly. At the start I never dreamed it would happen so quickly. It was a hard decision to make in the beginning as that location brought a lot of happy times to all my family for many years. I hope the new owner enjoys it just as much as we did.
